Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only under the conditions below:
1. Damaged in Transit / Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Quality Concerns
– We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as dislike of style, shape, or colour.
– Normal wear, bead/crystal fading, or colour change over time cannot be accepted as grounds for return.
