NO RETURN
Our policy is strictly No Return/ Exchange.
Although, if you have received any Damaged/ Tampered / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for returns
No exchange or return request shall be entertained without an unboxing video. Only Photos will not be accepted. The video needs to be from the beginning to end of complete parcel with its packaging. Exchanges will only be entertained till 1 week from the day of delivery.Also, we don’t have pickup facility so you’ll have to courier the product back to us and we’ll bear the courier charges only upto Rs.100
CANCELLATION
Order will not be canceled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched.
WE WILL NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT PRODUCTS IF.
- If it has been damaged by you.
- If it is altered as per specs shared by you.
